CHARACTER DESIGN

I can bring your ideas to life, designing unique original characters for you!Character design prices are by rate, so the final price may vary.
The amount charged is only calculated by hours spent working, eg. over 3 days of work, only 12-20 hours would be charged for.

-Includes one drawing of the design, and a color palette.✦ Complex reference // $5/hr
-Includes one drawing of the design, 3-4 character expressions, and a color palette.✦ Full character turnaround // $7hr
-Includes a full turnaround of the character, with front, sides, and back views of the design, and a color palette.I will not draw any NSFW or fetish content, extreme gore art, or hateful art, including but not limited to homophobic, transphobic, or racist art.

Terms of Service

✧✧✧ 01 - GENERAL TERMS ✧✧✧✦ My prices are subject to change.
✦ I have the right to refuse any order, regardless of reason.✧✧✧ 02 - PAYMENT ✧✧✧✦ I only accept payment in USD through Paypal.
✦ I will only start working after I have recieved payment.
✦ Do not send payment before you are given a slot and I have accepted your commission.✧✧✧ 03 - PROCESS AND DELIVERY ✧✧✧✦ The time it takes to finish your commission can vary from 1 week to up to 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.
✦ When the commissioned piece is finished, I will send you the full file, which is saved in .png format. I do not sell physical works, and I will not deliver printed copies.✧✧✧ 04 - REVISIONS ✧✧✧✦ I will edit the commissioned piece only on the sketch phase of the work, unless I have made a mistake on the agreed design.
✦ I will charge a small fee to change a finished piece, unless there was a misunderstanding on my own end.✧✧✧ 05 - COPYRIGHT AND USAGE ✧✧✧I, Peppermint, the artist:
✦ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
✦ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
✦ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
✦ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork.
✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.You, the customer:
✦ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, with proper credit to me here or on my Toyhou.se.
✦ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
✦ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
✦ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
✦ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:
✦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
✦ Claiming the artwork as your own
✦ Altering the artwork without my consent
✦ Using my artwork for profit through NFT, blockchain, or any other form of cryptocurrency.
✦ Using any of my work, including commission work, to train generative AI models✧✧✧ 06 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY ✧✧✧✦ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
✦ If you cancel your order before I have started it, you can get a full refund.
✦ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
✦ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
